Alex Newman aka Alexey Todorov is a well-known DJ in Ukrainian trance community. Radio show, original album release, tours to different Ukrainian cities – these are the results of 3 years of musical activity.
The story began in 2003, which was the year when DJ Newman got a job on Auto FM radio station, and started working on the evening Automix project (later named StarMix). In the beginning Alex paid attention to all styles of dance music, but trance music has always been his favorite.
The changes that happened to the radio station (new title, format correction) also brought changes to the life of a young DJ. Alex Newman together with DJ Carl Linsky created Trance Energy Project which is completely dedicated to trance music. This brought fame and new possibilities – DJ Newman began to receive invitation to many gigs in Ukraine.
Besides fruitful radio activity, Alex Newman is also well-known as a talented uplifting trance producer.
